Any set of valves on any horn will work to your liking if taken the proper care of. I've found this to be true on any horn I've played. Vice versa, if you don't take care of the valves, or they previously weren't taken care of, they will give you nightmares! But, to answer your question, I've owned a Willson at one time, and the valves were great for me for 3 years of use. I've play-tested the Prestige quite a bit and found that if you really clean the valves about once a week or so and keep them oiled, they are some of the fastest on the market, if not THE fastest. It's a matter of opinion though, and that is mine. Hope this helped a little.
