Harvey Phillips did it on Golden Crest Recital Series RE7006. (I have my copy of the LP in front of me.) It's a great solo that never goes stale. I have arranged it as a tuba duet and my students enjoy working on it. The Air is VERY SLOW and solemn. The Bourree section has to be very light (staccatto) as if you are whispering a secret to someone; just bring it up for the punch line. If you start it at a reasonable tempo your metronome will seem to get much faster toward the end.
