I'm was wondering about measuring the bore I.D. on my tuba as far as where you would do it. My guess is that you would pull out a tuning slide and measure the inside since that would be the smallest passage of air. I've found that each slide varys due to tolerances and what not, but dose it really matter what one I measure or do I average it out???
