Well, I don't visualize, in the sense of "seeing" the keyboard in my mind. Since I'm cursed with "perfect" pitch, I hear the notes in my mind...and then play them on the piano keyboard. It's a sound thing, not a sight thing. I _can_ visualize the piano keyboard, but that's not the process at work.
