start on second-line Bb
play mp to mf
slur up and back to the original pitch over and over again in whole steps in:
-eight beats of half notes
-eight beats of quarter notes
-four beats of quarter note triplets
-four beats of eighth notes
-four beats of triplets
-four beats of sixteenths
-four beats of sixteenth note triplets (if you've any air left - and the agility/facility)
Work your way up from the second-line Bb-to-C slur up to your highest possible good pitch.
