I am not that familiar with the particulars about Beelzebub, and I don't have the solo here with me at this time. From what I can tell, the SOLO is now in Public Domain. I am not at all certain when the band accompaniment was published, and I have no idea if it was renewed. It, too, could be PD. If one truly wanted to know, I guess Carl Fischer could be contacted. Personally, I would be inclined to just send the copies, however it may or may not be legal.
