It appears to be a King and a rather nice one at that. I would still question the lack of a serial number. I think the horn was always silver. Nontheless, silver plating would not fill in the stamped serial numbers unless someone did some serious grinding on the valve casing. The valveset looks original. Maybe someone else can offer you more.
