Perhaps you can take a pliers, pad them with a piece of terrycloth or the like(so as not to scatch or mar the rim) and gently squeeze at the buzz point until the buzz goes away. If you think it'll require so much force that it disfigures the rim, then go to a repair guy. i believe there's a wire inside some rims(possibly yours) that may have come unsoldered. I have had to do this on several horns with good results. Just don't squeeze the rim too hard, and if yohave any reservations, take it to a repairman.
