If so, adjust the main tuning slide to confirm that the problem isn't that you have just a FEW notes that you're playing FLAT!
One way this can happen is that it is possible that your embouchure when tuning is different than when playing. This can certainly cause the open notes to "seem" in tune, but when you go back to a "playing embouchure" then "everything" moves to the new reference point. Be sure to play up/down a scale and end on your tuning note, playing it as closely as possible as the way you're playing every thing else. You might find that under these circumstances, the open notes are also sharp along with everything else. If so, then you know what to do!
