I went for the first time. If you go preregistering is the way to go. The military was well represented. Lots of cd`s for sale. The st.petersburg tubas were better built than I have been led to believe. Also there were some saxes from taiwan and china which looked sturdy, however I did not blow them so I can not say anything else about them. The only tuba that impressed me [of the ones i tried] was a used Hirrsbruner[sp] The concert that everyone wanted to see was the Indiana wind ens. Also saw a demonstration by the army blues and one by joe Allessi on fri morn. very impressive. All in all the perfomers were very good, those middle schools are amazing.
