It was dumb luck. I found it listed in the inventory of Last Vestige Music in Albany, NY under "Jones Brass Quintet, Torchy". LVM has a lot of neat stuff.
Some really great playing on the LP and so atypical of the brass ensemble music of the time. IMOHO, it could've done without the added rhythm section, though.
