The bore size on the "professional" Yamaha 3/4 tubas is about the size of the 4/4 King tubas...approx. .690"

The bore size on the "student" Yamaha 3/4 tubas (identical bell and body) is smaller... around .660" or so.

Yamaha does not offer a "student" priced tuba with 4-valves.

Weril's 4-valve front-action 3/4 tubas have the valve-section bore size approximately equivalent to the so-called student model Yamaha 3/4 tubas...around .660".

The fact that the Weril 3/4 4-valve tubas have a c. .660" bore and the Yamaha 3/4 4-valve tubas have a c. .690" bore has an effect on the "feel", but not a whole lot at all on the sound.
