mine is arkansas.

Some of mine does full octave jumps from middle Bb to high Bb(one on top o staff).. then back down to Bb, then back up to the High Ab.. and so on..

I also have some that start on the high Bb and does some funky 8th runs down..

The only suggestion I can make is practice, it'll come.. atlesat it IS with me.. Im not there yet. I just practice when I can and just work those sectiosn over and over. Then I go back and try to run through the whole piece..

but just dont' get stuck on the one section, or just one piece.. even your easier ones, amake sure u run through them when u practice, or those simple rythms and notes might just sneak back up on you..
