I have seen several sites with scales for the CC tuba, but cannot think of any for the BBb. This may be an oversight with the music publishers, as there are (I think) still some people playing BBb. You could take the scales for CC tuba and read them down a step, or maybe try the trombone scales down an octave. Good luck on your search.
