I once took lessons from the man how co built the bell of that horn, the mans name is David Miller, he is one of the first people who had this Bell, he installed it on his Meinl, he has had it for years , the other man is a Fellow named George McCracken, I have Played on Mr Millers Tuba and it is quite good. And it is Carbon Fiber, I live only 20 minutes from were it was made, in Williamsburg/James City County.
