TRY MORE AIR!!! I was having similiar problems, that is, until I read a web page that had Arnold Jacobs concepts, collected by his students. AIR is fuel, and ITS free, so when that high note comes, fill your horn with a strong confident thrust of air. The air should fill the horn, and the note (yu' should also have the note in your head before you play it) should come out.
