As I recall the Musica name is/was made by the folks
who produce Meinl Weston and "Melton" horns (any other
comments?) My experience with them is they are good
sturdy horns which when cared for will stand-up to
years and years of regular use. While your description
of "3/4" doesn't really say how big the horn actually is,
I played a Mirafone 184 for a few years as my only horn,
so by necessity it was my all-around horn in college,
and used it on both Meistersinger and the Fantastic Symphony.
I never had any complaints...although my teacher that first
term gave me a "C" for my applied lessons (something to do with
my Jury I am sure)

ps....Roger Bobo also covered the LA Philharmonic chair
for years on a Mirafone 184 .....

Regards to all,

Dale
