Is the B&S Model 3103 BB-Flat the same as the VMI Model 2103 BB-Flat. I know that they are the same company or group of companies (TA Musik -B&S, Meinl-Weston, Hans Hoyer)
manufactures them, but are they different horns and is there a big price difference at all, if applicable ? Your input would be appreciated.
