I've recently left the tuba for the computer (gasp!) and I'm looking to sell my horn.
I still play now and again, and have kept the horn in shape, and I'd like to see it go
to a highschool or college player out there who needs a good horn at a good price.

It's a Miraphone 188 (4/4) CC horn, w/ 5 valves (thumb key). I've had a little work done
on it- the bell has been replaced with a slightly heavier Miraphone bell, which is unlaquored. (sp!) I've found that this has produced a warmer sound and greater "edge threshold" than it had previously. The responsiveness of this horn is also great. I'm looking to get $4700 for it and the hard case (hard shell w/ foam-padded interior), but I'm willing to negotiate.

This is a great intermediate horn- perfect for a gifted high-school/colege student.

If you're interested, please email me at craser(AT)indiana.edu, or call (812) 323-8316.
Thanks!
