I'm just in High School so don't take anything I have to say on this
subject too importantly. The one really big audution I've had so far was
last year's All-State Band. I found that like Sean said, a normal routine
was just what the doctor ordered. I played for about half of band class, and
then went to baseball practice before leaving for the audition. To this day,
I have never felt more capable at anything (sports or music) than I did at
that audition. The judge told me after I was done, "I guess you're going to
kill me if you don't get in." I'll never forget that.
