Here is what I can tell you about this instrument.

It is a 1918 Conn BBb tuba. 4 pistons, silver finish. It plays very nicely and is remarkably good condition. The original owner was Fritz Geib who in turn sold it to Bill Bell. Eventually, Bell sold it to Don Butterfield who was a student of Bell's at the time. Mr. Butterfield later sold the horn to Ed Livingston, who played the horn in London while on his Fulbright.

The price is $4000, which includes a gig bag. The horn is located in Normal, Illinois.
