Yes, of course (it is a book on tuba AND SOUSAPHONE playing -- not many CC sousaphones out there in the 30's, or today for that matter). The book has fingerings (3 & 4 valve) for Eb, CC and BBb tubas. None for F tuba, but he mentions the F briefly in his discussion of instruments. The pictures of Bell holding horns show (in my version) him holding a 4 valve rotary King (probably CC) with an upright bell and a 4 valve small sousaphone (probably a 4v King Eb). I'd always been a BBb player after an initial year or so on Eb, so I was very glad I had the Bell book in college when I was called upon to play CC for the first time for a particular university orchestra concert.

My only gripe on the fingering charts is they don't go above the Eb, C, Bb (as the case may be) above the bass clef staff. The charts do show all the "usual suspects" alternative fingerings for most notes.
