As far as I know, TE normally ships by ABF trucking in the USA. This usually takes 3-5 days most anywhere on the mainland. If Vince didn't have any in stock that met your specifications, they probably had it shipped directly from Russia. Call them and find out where exactly your horn was coming from. Good luck!
