I doubt it. You could check with UMI, who makes Conn. I don't know if they still have the tooling for the 4 short action valve cluster it would take. They do have the 3 valve cluster used for the 20K (and which would also work on a 22J or 20J, I think), but I don't know about the 4.

I have only seen one 4 valve short action Conn sousaphone: my high school had a 4 valve 20K type horn in the mid-1960's and at that point I never looked at model numbers, it was just the 'big Conn' and the 'best school horn'. I have never seen the 4 valve model explicitly offered in a catalog. I put a ? with the model number because that would be the logical number in the 2XJ 2XK numbering sequences.
