Does anyone know if there is an arrangement of the Gregson Concerto for tuba solo with brass quartet accompaniment? (2 trpts, horn and bone) It would be neat to have apiece like this for a brass quintet to use. At least the first movement sounds like it would work pretty well. If not I may look into arranging it myself, but if there is one already available, it would save me lots of time. A few years ago I arranged (with permission BTW) Wilder's Effie Suite. Some movements work better than others, but it is a nice piece to show off the tuba at a quintet recital. Does anyone have any other suggestions for tuba solo in a quintet? I am always looking for something different and new. ken k
