Wow! Most student orchestra conductors don't want to take this on. Violinists have to work hard to "rock 'n' roll" in "F-phrygian", and this piece often catches pro-level orchestras by surprise. Often, an orchestra ends up being too loud on this movement because of struggling for notes.

Thank your conductor profusely for having the courage to tackle this one, and if you won a competition for the priviledge of playing it, congratulations to you!
