Got so caught up I forgot to tell you - try the Arban trombone book, down an octave. If you can play all of that, you'll seldom have a technical problem concerning notes.
Also be aware that you may play a little flat for a month or so until your ear/chops/brain gets used to the higher pitch of your new horn. The more you play, the less that happens.
