I tried all 3 mouthpieces at the Army conference. The O1 is indeed a lot like the Perantucci's. I had my pt 36 there to compare; the O1 is a bit heavier around the "choke." It has a great sound but requires more work to control.

The Geib is a pretty straight-ahead helleberg copy. Like Chien-Hao said, really comfortable. Decent sound, but it has very little back-pressure.

The M1C, I think is superior out of the 3. It had the best balance of comfort, sound quality, flexibility, response and pressure. It is only the 2nd mouthpiece where I've been really SOLD on it after the 1st try. The other I use on my F tuba (Miraphone Tu-13).
