This piece may work for you if you take advantage of its fairly light hearted nature! To me, it seems to have a certain commercial kind of style to it. Perhaps treating it like a motion picture score would help you FIND A STORY TO TELL your audience! Make some fun out of it and then present those ideas as sound. Avoid asking questions with your music. Rather, STATE YOUR CASE FOR THE MUSIC. It doesn't have to be profound, it just has to be convincing. It may even have a sense of humor. Good Luck.
