David Baker' Sonata for Tuba and String Quartet comes to mind, very, very difficult.
I premiered a piece by Dwayne Milburn "Variations on a Theme of Purcell" for tuba and piano that would obstensibly take care of the Black and Rennaissance piece. E-mail me privately and I will give you the particulars. Be warned, the Milburn, while tonal, is all over the place and will require a top-notch pianist.
