Check to see exactly where the noise is coming from. I have had Bach trombones in the past (and still do) with very noisy linkages. I find that applying some very high viscosity grease or valsaline quiets it quite well. If it is not coming from the linkage, perhaps the bumpers/stops/whatever on the valve are not stopping the valve in the right spot.
