Ed,
I think the ame of the piece is cappricio, but I can't be for sure. It is played on one of Michael Lind's albums. It is a very nice piece. It requires a brass quintet with bass t-bone as opposed to tuba. I wish I knew the name and composer, but hopefully someone else in this forum will know what i'm talking about. The piece does become fairly "athletic" near the end, but is a very nice showpiece. I played the Bass t-bone part in a college quintet playing as accompaniment for a now wel known tuba player who used to play at this nowhere school in Orlando, FL. Anyway, this might fit the bill. The quintet part is a little compliated but easy t play with a few run throughs.

Good Luck!

Matt G
