I have had a Bobo Solo for three years and find it is useful for a very bright, edgy sound on my Willson 3400. I might use it for something very light where I wanted to avoid fullness at all costs. If you can get a copy of Bobo playing the Effie Suite, listen especially to the 4th movement, "Effie Joins the Carnival." I think it is very much like a Yamaha 67C4 but maybe even shallower. It is shallower than the Dillon F2 I now use and even shallower than the Dillon F1 I tried. I would think a Bobo Solo would work on a YFB 621 very well as it is a pretty good fit for a Weril studio horn I have for my students (Werils are apparently a knock-off of the Yamaha XXX 621 horns). I don't think the mouthpiece is worth $300 or $210 but the silver plated one is about $60 and it is worth that if you have some use for the sound.
