I think Joe S. is performing it soon, using an F. There was a thread down the line that you might read.
I would surely play it on an F, but probably not for artistic reasons, unless avoiding missed notes can be classed as artistic. In response to that earlier discussion, I just looked through it last night, and even the low Eb's and D work fine on my 621--as long as I'm working fine, that is. The high stuff is manageable on a big instrument, but vastly more secure on the small F.
