the status of my CD player is the result of a tragic event that happened about a year and a half ago, I was all set to head of for my freshman year of college, and I was packing my Jimmy Buffet (yes i'm a parrothead) and Jerry Jeff Walker (there's the country) CDs when my parents informed me that they liked those CDs too much and I wouldn't be allowed to take them! so as a result here at school, i've got my classical CDs and about 700 MP3s that I listen too, that's the sad story of my CD player
