My driving rhythm section comes from some Buddy Rich tapes and Yellowjackets CD's. Some of us have played the 200 mile stretch of back-water highways (VFW, American Legion, Order of Eagles clubs and others) to get our fill of country-western music.
BTW, I have all the respect in the world for these clubs. I've had too much fun playing the aforementioned musical styles to the one out-of-control guest in the club to be able to listen to that genre of music solely for entertainment.
What's really in my CD player is what I mentioned.
