Very fine glass beads at pretty low pressure. (Otherwise, the glass beads will dent the sousa.)
The style today is to glass bead blast "wall-to-wall", but personally I like the "old" (20's -30's) style with coarser sand and a sparser job, but nobody that sand blasts for me seems to understand that concept. Oh well...
