I think I can say, even on this public forum, that I have spent considerable time in vehicles containing surveillance equipment parked within a few feet of the CIA parking lot in Langley. And I have taken the exit off the George Washington Parkway marked "CIA" a number of times, as well as turning off Georgetown Pike where it leads to the back entrance even more frequently.
(Those who frequent the area probably know that the Federal Highway Administration has a facility adjacent to the CIA headquarters.)
