picked up my 100 year old tuba and started playing again with the community band..Didn't know how much I missed it. I went to Wichita State Univ. and my private teacher was Ron Munson, who then went to the Marine Band...Anybody knows what happen to him? Man, this guy could plaaaayyy! The last time I played my tuba was on a record for Spike Jones Jr. A long time ago. I also doubled on electric bass. I bet there are other tubist who also double.
