I don't know how much luck you will have finding a mute that fits that criteria. The only option I know of is to use an Altieri gig bag top with the lanyard fully closed. I have used this to great effect both as a practice mute and a regular mute. The only drawback: you have to buy the whole bag. They are the best bags made, IMHO, and are worth the investment.
