Due to several mix-ups I didn't get a CC until the week before university started...yikes! So I was forced to learn VERY quickly. I found that the first month saw me making occasional slip-ups and having to write in fingerings, but after that my fingers were quicker than they were on BBb. I think the fact that I was completely immersed in music - practicing several hours a day as well as band rehearals, etc. - helped make 'the switch' go smoothly.
