Doug Elliott has a selection of rims of larger diameter, starting with his 132 series.

But may I presume to suggest that you will get better results for low, loud playing by increasing the cup size and throat. My Elliott T cup with the T-6 backbore makes lower, louder playing easier than the R cup with the R-4 backbore that I use on the F tuba. Both have identical rims (2N132 in both cases). The mouthpieces I've played that open up the lower register all seem to have large throats.
