This is a Besson 985 F Tuba. I've only ever seen ex-demonstration instruments for sale at bargain prices. It will be of recent manufacture, Besson moved factory recently and sold off some stock, most of the 985s I've heard of have been aquired by dealers picking up on this cheap stock, some possibly not realising they were buying F instruments.
Check www.normans.co.uk, they seem to have some at the moment.
