Here's what the problem probably is: The sleeve that fits over the peg coming out of the rotar is probably loose. You can cut a small sliver of thick plastic baggie and fold it over the peg. Then add the sleeve, and screw the screw through the plastic. This is an old repair man trick...saves a LOT of money and time. You may have to change it every few months, but it works.
