If the bottom bearing plates seem to be tight and your oiled valves are still rattling, replace the bottom caps and use a small screwdriver to turn the adjusting screw in the center of each cap SLIGHTLY clockwise (this is a Miraphone, guys) until the rattling stops. If the rotor gets sluggish, you've gone too far and need to back off on the screw just a bit until rotor movement is free again.

Some will mention that your things are still worn and this is nothing more than a stopgap measure, but it'll work just fine until you get a great big dent in the horn and have to take it in for repairs, when you can have the valves taken care of also.
