Just get yourself a standard Besson-shank Denis Wick mouthpiece without the "L" suffix. You may want to look at a DW 2 or 3 for the monster. Mouthpiece Express is one online firm that stocks them.
Schilke and Bach mouthpieces can also be special-ordered with a shank to fit, but the DW models are standard stock items.
