I have been told to get the best recording possible, a DAT recorder is best. Here is the list of products suggested: Tascam DA-40, dbx 376 (to plug the mics into), Digidesign 001 (for editing on the computer), Neumann top of the line mics (I already have them). Total cost about $2000 but will produce a killer recording. Any opinions?
