I second the Rudy recommendation. I got mine through Lee Stofer last November and it's the best F I've ever played. I owned a Yamaha 621, a very good one, but I became dissatisfied with its sound. The 621 did have a great sound for our quartet but I was looking for something better for all around. Now I like the sound for everything. It's what I was looking for. Mine is a 5/4 in rose brass with a yellow brass valve section. I also had a second valve kicker installed to aid in intonation. I don't use it much but it's there if I need it. Lee has a 4/4 in the same configuration on the way. Please contact him if you're interested. He's a regular poster.
