Is it the fault of Fed-Ex that some bozo in Bulgaria thought it would be a good idea to ship a horn across the ocean in a plastic bag? Whenever I have purchased instruments for individuals, I have taken great care to walk the seller through the steps involved in properly packing a horn for shipping, especially if I suspected that the seller was inexperienced in such matters. It is not the responsibility of Fed-Ex or any other shipping company to see to it that an item is properly packed for shipping.
