I called someone who can get in touch with Leland down in Arizona(he's there with the Marine Drum and Bugle Corps for the next few weeks) I was told Naval Investigative Service would get involved as well(not sure about that one as it is not Government property that was stolen, but hey, maybe they can be of assistance). I have a feeling Leland will be working the phones quite bit for the forseeable future, but chances are good he'll get his horn back in the end.
